2024 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2024 AGM of the City of Sydney Basketball Association Limited will be held:
When: 6.30pm Monday, 9th December 2024
Where: Comets Office – Alexandria Basketball Stadium 53-57 Maddox St Alexandria
Important information – proxies
- A member entitled to vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy (who does not need to be a member) by completing a proxy form and delivering it to Mel Thomson at Comets Office (address above) or by email to competitions@sydneybasketball.com.au ensuring that it is received at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Requests for additional motions
- Please submit any motion you wish included on the agenda of the 2024 AGM by 5.00pm Thursday 5th December 2024. Motions may be sent to the Office Manager of the CSBA by email or mail or in person at the office.
