SHOOT AND PLAY

This holidays our shooting camp will be split in half, the first half of shooting camp will be exclusively about getting better at shooting. In this first half players will be led through a series of drills and progressions ran by Comets development manager Lachie Lonergan designed to help them perfect their jump shot. The second half of this camp will be focussed on playing small sided and full sided games giving the players the opportunity to put their new shooting skills into game like situations.

SKILLZ AND DRILLZ

This two day camp is perfect for basketball players of all levels (aged 8-16 years) involving skill development, drills, games, fun, and lots of prizes to be won. All players will receive expert coaching from Sydney Comets representative coaches, and the MVP of the camp will also receive a prize.

ELITE REP DEVELOPMENT CAMP

This elite development camp is designed for players who play at a representative level or division 1 local competition equivalent. The camps have been designed to work on player fundamentals, decision making and scoring. This camp will be coached by experienced Comets coaches.

DEFENSIVE MASTERCLASS CAMP

This new camp is designed for players who want to take their defensive skills to the next level. With a focus on both individual and team defence this camp will help you achieve your highest potential defensively through lots of small sided games and 1 on 1.

ELITE GIRLS ONLY CAMP

The Elite Girls Only Camp is designed for female players born between 2017 and 2009 who play at the representative level who are looking to develop their basketball skills and decision making. Regardless of what association you play for, this space has been created with the intention of creating a competitive and safe environment for female players to flourish. The sessions will be led by Sydney Comets Representative Coach, Ceara-Elise Leavai. This camp will be capped. The camp is split into two session based on age groups.

PREP FOR REP CAMP

This camp is designed for players who are looking to trial for Sydney Comets 2026 representative season. This camp will be coached by experienced Comets coaches and led by Development Manager Lachie Lonergan and is designed to improve players skill and conceptual understanding to give them the best chance they have to make a rep team!
